How did you find the course?
The course was very interesting and made me think about my health.
What are your experiences of being on the course?
My experiences of the course were that I was able to meet other people with the same problems and it was good to share experiences.
What have you learnt?
I have learnt to adapt my eating habits and make healthier choices.
How was your experience each week on the course?
Each week I learnt how to change my diet, what causes diabetes, and what changes I have to make to improve my health.
How are you making the new learning fit into your lifestyle?
I have made changes to my lifestyle include taking more exercise and changing my eating habits.
What difference has it made to your life?
I am beginning to feel better in myself, I have more energy and I understand what I need to do to improve my health.

What's working for you at this moment?
I am working towards being healthier and fitter, with a positive outlook on things. I found the tutor very understanding. He knew the subject well and was very engaging. He listened, gave us tasks to do and always checked that we understood.
