Diane, 49, had already been diagnosed with chronic kidney disease, an underactive thyroid, fibromyalgia and anaemia when she discovered she was also at high risk of developing Type 2 diabetes. She joined the programme and has this to say about it:

Knowing what works best for you and what foods go best together is a very positive experience. I've learned that exercise with a balanced diet is the best way forward and I’m now making time to prepare freshly cooked meals and fit in exercise daily, incorporating different types of activities.
The result is that I find I have more energy and feel fitter. It feels more natural now without thinking too much about it.
