AN EMAIL FOR YOUR TEAM
Thank you for being here! Below, we've composed an email or text message that you can send to your team, to encourage them to take our quick and simple Know Your Risk calculator, which will tell them in just 7 quick questions whether they are at risk of developing Type 2 Diabetes, and therefore eligible for our free support.
Just copy and paste the below and obviously amend the greeting and signature as necessary to be personalised to your colleagues and organisation.
Unfortunately, there are a wide range of reasons that someone might be at risk of Diabetes which include:
-
Genetics - some ethnicities are more susceptible to Diabetes
-
Age - as we advance in years we become more at risk of developing Type 2 Diabetes
-
Lifestyle choices - diet, alcohol consumption and the amount of physical activity we undertake all impact our risk of developing Type 2 Diabetes.
Which is why it's so important that as many people as possible find out their risk and help raise awareness of this support so that we can prevent families suffering with avoidable cases of Type 2 Diabetes.
Thank you for your support!
