How did you find the course?
It was very detailed, appropriate and interesting.
What are your experiences of being on the course?
There was very detailed information about what affects blood sugars. Originally, I had little idea other than sugar and sweet foods, but the course has changed this.
What have you learnt?
I have learned about the relationship between the body, mind, food and attitude. I am now applying this knowledge to my new lifestyle.
How was your experience each week on the course?
Every week I learn something new and interesting. Consequently, I always look forward to the following week and seeing what I can put into practice.
How are you making the new learning fit into your lifestyle?
Mostly it has been fairly easy to make the lifestyle changes but I still have room for improvement such as doing more stretching exercises.
What difference has it made to your life?
It has given me targets that I know will be beneficial to my health.

I have lost weight and I am now also making a conscious effort to be careful with what I eat.
